Job Description:
You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
• Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
• Having a knack for sales and high resilience
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Freshers and laterals upto 2 years of total work experience
• For Laterals prior experience in high productivity sales environment with weekly/montlhy sales cycle preferred
• Highly effective communication
• Well groomed and presentable

Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 37,500/- + Incentive + 6000/-.

Post successful completion of the BDT program, the candidate would be inducted as a Business Development Associate (BDA). The CTC as a BDA is as given below:

INR 700000 PA fixed pay + INR 300000 PA performance pay
