The Recruiter will be a key part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment team, recruiting and managing mid to senior level professionals for our multinational and large regional clients in India & Gulf.

Job Location: Work From Home - Full Time

Experience: 6 months - 4 years

NP: Immediate Joinee

Qualification Required: Any Graduate with minimum 60% Aggregate (10th, 12th, Graduation).

Work timings: 9/10am - 6/7pm (9 hrs/day) - Monday-Friday + Saturday (1/2 day).

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments

* Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation

* Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments

* Candidate research, database mining and networking calls

* Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements.

* Meet and exceed revenue targets

* Follow up with the candidates till joining
