Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Advise students/parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions.
• Organize counseling programs that inculcate the student(s) in question.
• Create the need for smart learning.
• Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
• Understand customer profiles & problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods.
• Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
• Make sure that the student's parents/guardians are actively involved in the development.
• Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling, as per
  timelines.
