Roles and Responsibilities

we are looking at all levels- Associate Consultant , Consultant , Senior Consultant. Expereince range is 8-16 years.


Requiring a mixture of customer-facing and technical skills, the role is a demanding one that can be highly lucrative for professionals with the right experience

  • Act as a consultant to the customer be responsible for the effective delivery of tailored Microsoft 365 solutions on technologies like M365, Active Directory, Active Threat Protection and System Center Configuration Manager (Knowledge on Operation Manager is desirable)
  • Designing and Implementing M365 Services Predominantly Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune and Defender), DLP and Retention policies and System Center configuration Manager and Exchange online.
  • Responsible for administration of M365 services and System Center configuration manager
  • Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and Microsoft teams
  • Work within a regional support team covering 9x5 operations
  • Responsible for general health and maintenance of service offerings
  • Work on a variety of challenging and complex problems in a fast-paced production environment
  • New implementations and migrations whenever required
  • Conduct Assessments and Report Creation
  • Status reporting and Document deliverables


Desired Candidate Profile



Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related degree preferred

Relevant Experience: 5 + Yrs with Active directory, Intune and ATP

5+ years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical Architect role


Primary skills:


Expert knowledge in the following technology areas

Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S)

Intune, AD and ATP and other security solutions

Exchange & Messaging Technologies

Cloud solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid)


Secondary Skills:


Experience in Active Directory & SCCM Migrations.

Communicates clearly and tactfully

Certified on Microsoft M 365 Technologies Preferred
